Update on Support regarding the Download and Online Activation of the Software: With the changes to this website and the ability to download and activate the software online, there are many questions and calls for Customer Service to help with this change. Please keep in mind that this website, www.qxsubspace.com, is the official website of the Budapest Home Office. We are more than happy to help you if you have any issues with the website but please note that there are two types of issues:
- Issues in which you are not fully familiar and comfortable with the new website and how to download or activate the software; and
- Issues in which the website itself is not functioning properly and therefore not permitting you to download or activate the software.
In the first situation, your contact should your Broker or their Networker. This is usually the person from whom you purchased your system. If you Broker or Networker is no longer contracted with the Budapest Home Office and therefore no longer offering service, then most other Brokers or their Networkers, or perhaps an authorized Service Center (see the Service Center Policy under Policies & Procedures on www.qxsubspace.com) offer a chance to purchase into a support program. The Broker, their Networker and the Service Centers are contracted to offer after sales support and service to you, the customer. The Broker, their Networker and the Service Centers are trained on how to successfully download and activate the software, so they are your First Contact.
