Serial Numbers beginning with SXC may now be activated online.

Does your serial number begin with SXC?

It recently came to our attention that there was a Technical problem with serial numbers that began with SXC.  We learned that customers were not able to activate them online through the Online Activation system of the Budapest Home Office’s website www.qxsubspace.com.  However, our Website Technical Support has solves this Technical problem and therefore from 31 July 2009 you are able to use the Online Activation system for serial numbers that begin with SXC. 

 If you have any issues regarding how to go through the Online Activation process, please read the on-screen instructions carefully or check the Video Tutorials.  Furthermore, your Broker, their Networker or an authorized Service Center is also available to help.
